At Unique Clown Supplies and Novelties, we want you to be thrilled with your big shoes and colorful ruffs. If your circus attire isn't a perfect fit, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the clowning gear you wish to send back.
Pack the Props
Securely place the items, including all wigs, nose adhesives, and accessories, into the original shipping box to ensure they arrive safely at our big top.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel, covering any old barcodes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our troupe inspects the returned goods for quality, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
