Water based, Glow In The Dark Mehron Liquid can be diluted and used with an airbrush and is ideal for full body painting. It can be applied with brushes, sponges or an airbrush machine. Mehron Glow In The Dark White Makeup illuminates vividly in the dark after it has been 'charged' in normal light. No blacklight is necessary. The amount of time it glows depends on the amount of time it was exposed to normal light.
