Mehron LipStix Sealer will seal lipstick to prevent it from transfer, smudging, smearing or bleeding. Apply with the applicator on the bottle cap, over your lip makeup and it will dry non-sticky and non-tacky. Contains 0.5 fl oz/15 ml of the product.
