This innovative glitter creme base features an ultra-soft, ready-to-use formula that requires no melting. Simply mix equal parts base and glitter by weight (1:1 ratio) to create professional-quality glitter cremes that apply smoothly with a flat nylon or taklon brush. The base can also revive dried or hardened glitter cremes, and while it may soften in high temperatures, it returns to its original consistency at room temperature.
